If you are a BambooNet user (Internet connection supplied by BambooTelecom):

- Activation fee 59 Euros (18 % IVA included)      

- Monthly service fee 11,80 Euros (18 % IVA included)

The activation fee of 59 Euros is a non refundable one time charge and the installed equipment remains property of Bamboo Telecom. There is nothing to be paid upon signing up. Once the installation has been done, the activation fee has to be paid in cash to the installer and during the first week of each month, we will auto debit your bank account in advance for that month's fee. All the equipment that Bamboo Telecom installs are ATA's (Analog Telephone Adaptor) where any type of telephone can be plugged into. The client then can install any telephone of his own choice. (fixed, cordless, big buttons etc)

The call charges work on a prepay basis. We will supply you with a client login and password to access your account online. There you can prepay by credit card and see your remaining balance. You can consult your call records, invoices and the world-wide calling rates. We also offer other forms of prepayment via our office.
