Bamboo Telecom offers Tech Support to it’s clients during the following hours:

Weekdays: 9’00 to 18’00h

Weekends and Holidays: 11’00h to 17’00h

When a client experiences a problem with the service and calls us during the above hours, our technical team will first try to diagnose the problem from remote. We can verify a client’s antenna or telephone equipment with our monitoring systems in the office. If the problem cannot be solved via telephone support, our technicians will arrange a visit to the client’s property.

Tech Support visits are only carried out during weekdays, from 9’00h to 18’00h.
